The sleeve of the Sportz Link connects with hooks that snap around the vestibule pole of the truck tents.

Yes! The Sportz Link is compatible with both Sportz and Backroadz Truck Tents

Our tents already have a water-resistant coating on them. However, the coating may wear down over time and you may want to spray a water repellent coating onto the tent and rainfly after a few years of use.

A seam sealer is not necessary. Our rainflies and truck tent floors have taped seams to guard against water entry. For additional protection and product maintenance, you may wish to use a seam sealant on your tent. Please note that water drops through the needle holes along the seams is common with all tents and is not a manufacturer’s defect.

Perfect for our need

We adventure in a ‘95 Ford F150 with a basic camper shell and needed extra space when we got a second dog. This tent has been PERFECT for our need. Although we don’t have the truck bed tent to connect to, it still works great and fits perfectly off the back of the camper to give us extended space. As long as we’re on semi even ground, we can easily connect it to the truck camper with a rope and it will stay in place the entire time.
For the price point, we have been very satisfied with this product. Quality material, easy setup, plenty of space, and has kept us dry in a few rain storms. Definitely recommend!

Its a great addition for the truck tent!, its high enough you can move around, and lets you store your gear and gives you a place to change your clothes. Very great idea from Napier, only thing would make even better ,is if it had an access point for extension cords.
