Seam Sealer
Applying seam sealer to the tent seams can help keep moisture from seeping through.

Common Issues & Solutions
- Tent Care: Proper care and maintenance are essential for extending the life of your Napier tent. Follow these expert guidelines to keep your tent in top condition: guidelines.
- Broken Pole:
- Fiberglass poles are prone to breaking if subject to sudden impact, extreme weather, unusual stress, or excessive use. If you broke a pole and purchased your tent in the last year, your pole is most likely covered under warranty. For more details, please refer to Napier's warranty policy.
- Leaking Tent: First, determine whether the issue is a leak or simple condensation by using this helpful guide.
- To prevent condensation: While tent condensation is impossible to eliminate entirely, you can keep it in check by following these expert tips:
- If you believe your tent is leaking, determine the following:
- Are you using the rainfly?
- Have you set up the tent and rainfly correctly? If the tent and rainfly are not set up correctly, with improper tension or poor alignment, water can pool in areas where it shouldn’t, leading to leaks. Ensure you set up the tent following the provided instructions.
- Is your tent and rainfly correctly staked out? Properly staking out the rainfly ensures it is pulled taut and fully extended over the tent body. When the rainfly is staked out, it forms a barrier that directs rainwater away from the tent. Without proper staking, water can pool in low areas of the rainfly, potentially dripping onto the tent or leaking through.
- Ground Water: Ensure the tent is not set up in a low spot where water might collect and seep through the floor.
- Has your tent lost its waterproofness? With age and regular use, the water-repellent coating on your tent can deteriorate. To restore your tent’s waterproofness, consider applying a waterproof treatment to the tent..
