Return Policy

Napier will honor returns within 14 days from the original purchase date for unopened items.For items purchased from a retailer, their return policy applies — please contact the retailer directly for more information.

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • Return must be related to a Napieroutdoors.com order
  • Items must be in brand new unused condition in original unopened packaging
  • Items that are not eligible for returns include opened items, replacement parts, discontinued products and Pre-Loved (second life) tents.

Please note that shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable, and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For items with manufacturer defects, please refer to Napier’s warranty policy.

To start the return process, please click the button below. Please note that return requests will be rejected if the purchase was made more than 14 days ago.

Shipping your return

  1. Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the return product during transit
  2. Write the return authorization number on the box
  3. Return the product to Napier at the applicable address. If the item is mailed to the incorrect address, a $30 fee will apply

Please be sure to keep your tracking number for reference, as Napier is not responsible for returned items until they have been received at our warehouse. Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 days.
