Warranty Policy

At Napier, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. To ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind, we offer the following limited warranty.

Duration
Our tents include a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. Accessories are covered by a 30 day warranty. Second Life products include a limited 60 day warranty for broken poles only.

Coverage

  • Broken poles: If your pole breaks under normal use
  • Defect in material: Issues caused by faulty materials
  • Defect in workmanship: Issues due to errors in manufacturing

Exclusions

  • Accidental damage (like a dropped product)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by mother nature
  • Product misuse or improper care
  • Cleaning related issues
  • Modifications
  • Discontinued

Warranty Orders

Warrantied products may be repaired, have specific components replaced, or be fully replaced at Napier’s discretion, depending on the nature of the issue. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished, and shipping fees may apply.

  • Timeframe: Warranty claims may take up to one week to process, and shipping typically takes 5–10 business days. Expedited shipping is not available for warranty orders.
  • Shipping Fees: Within 90 days of purchase, shipping is covered in North America. After 90 days, a flat-rate shipping fee will apply: $15 in the U.S. and $20 in Canada.


Submitting a Warranty Claim

Your product must be under warranty to obtain warranty service. To start a warranty claim, please have the following information ready:

  1. Copy of your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email)
  2. Product Model Number (found on the carrying bag or on the back of the warning label on the tent bag)
  3. Product Production Code (found on the back of the warning label on the tent bag ex. 2022-04C-BDCAMBD06CHI)
  4. Picture of defect (not required for broken poles)
