Warranty Policy
At Napier, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. To ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind, we offer the following limited warranty.
Duration
Our tents come with a limited warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase. Accessories come with a limited warranty of 30 days from the date of purchase.
Coverage
- Broken poles: if your pole breaks under normal use
- Defect in material: issues caused by faulty materials
- Defect in workmanship: issues due to errors in manufacturing
Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear
- Fading
- Accidental damage (like a dropped product)
- Product misuse or improper care
- Cleaning related issues
- Modifications
- Damage caused by mother nature
- Discontinued products
Replacement Orders
Warrantied products will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Napier Outdoors. Replacement parts can be new or refurbished.
- Under 90 days from the purchase date, Napier will ship the replacement part free of charge in North America.
- Over 90 days from the purchase date, the below flat rate shipping fee will apply.

Claims
Your product must be under warranty to obtain warranty service. To submit a warranty claim, you must have the following:
- Proof of purchase
- Model number (found on the carrying bag or on the back of the warning label on the tent bag)
- Product Production Code (found on the back of the warning label on the tent bag ex. 2022-04C-BDCAMBD06CHI)
- Picture of defect (not required for broken poles)
Warranty claims can take between 1 to 2 weeks to process. Napier will determine if the product will be repaired, or parts replaced and will send you an email with the decision and next steps. Please check your junk or spam folder for our response.
