Sportz SUV Tent with Screen Room

I've had one of these tents now for 4 years, I set it up at a venue for 3 months every spring for long weekends stays. I love the fact that I can pull up, put the tunnel over my hatchback, inflate my airbed in the back of my SUV, and then detach and drive away with ease. I would Strongly suggest having a heavy duty ground cover that is 9x9 max to put down to protect the floor and a runoff trench to keep the water from building up under your tent when it rains. I see reports of issues with wind - I have had my tent up during Severe Thunderstorms (one that produced a tornado that tracked a mile away from my campsite and NOT A SINGLE Problem. Note, I do use 14" Sand Screws instead of the little tent stakes included to hold my tent down for this period of time, but the tent has weathered 4 springs of Severe Weather in Central Texas and survived with ease. SETTING Camp is genuinely easy and almost Army Proof simple. While I've set it up alone, and second set of hands isn't a bad idea. Putting up the tent takes me maybe 20 minutes now - hardest part is putting the Rain Fly on alone. Setting the sand screws does take longer but if you're using simple stakes, 20 min total is how long it's gonna take from opening the bag to being complete. My only complaints are that I wish the Zippers were a little more robust and that the "Screen Room" floor was attached to the tent instead of just staked inside the tent walls. As it is there is nothing to keep natures little friends from coming in and enjoying the shade. I say this because one Friday arriving at camp, when I opened the "door" to the Screen Room I discovered a "friend" had taken refuge during the week. Once I got my Snake Tongs from my car, I was able to relocate my Copperhead tenant and thankfully it did not return and none of its friends showed up. Now I always check the area really well when returning after being away for any lenght of time. I hope this helps you decide on if this tent is right for you. I'm not an avid outdoor person. I camp with a small generator providing heat and cooling, might even add a small microwave this year, and this is the perfect Glamping Tent for a couple or single folk in nearly any condition imaginable to be camping in with your SUV. We had been camping out of a Honda Passport and a stand-alone 10' canopy tent at various Moto-camping events, and that worked well enough but didn't flow well from tent to car. The 84000 was a significant upgrade in every way - giving us plenty of room to stretch out, stay dry under heavy rain and keep heat in during a 40 degree night. It's straightforward to assemble with 2 people, and doable with one person. We placed a 10' x 20' tarp underneath to protect the tent, and folded extra tarp under the flaps. I took one star away for pushing in during 50 mph gusts and leaking a little under heavy rains, but pretty much any tent will do that. No poles were bent, and we were able to dab up any water before it became an issue. All in all we enjoyed the tent and look forward to more trips with it - you just have to make sure there's enough room in your spot! :-)

Will this tent fit a honda crv. We are looking to take a long road trip.

Used this tent on a 4 day weekend trip. Had to do the set up and take down twice. Was very easy and very fast. The space was enormous!! Using the pole bag to roll up the tent at the end made it all fit back into the bag with no problems. Love this tent. I highly recommend it!

Great product, easy installation, love the screen room and the height of tent. Tightness of tent around SUV is great and easily removed to drive off. Tent is still standing. Highly recommend
