Logistics Coordinator

Full-time | In-office | Niagara Region | $55,000–$65,000 CAD annually

Overview

You’ll be the backbone of our order flow, managing, processing, and coordinating outbound orders to ensure every product gets where it needs to go accurately and on time. From purchase to delivery and after-care support, you’ll own the full order lifecycle, including shipping coordination, tracking, returns, and warranty support, ensuring a smooth and reliable customer experience from start to finish.

This is a highly detail-oriented, office-based role focused on working within systems to process, coordinate, and monitor orders every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

Order & Fulfillment Management

  • Process and manage outbound orders within NetSuite, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment
  • Generate and maintain digital shipping documentation, including labels, packing slips, bills of lading, and tracking updates
  • Monitor order status across systems and proactively identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Process return requests, credits, and refunds while tracking trends
  • Act as a key point of contact between Napier, 3PL warehouses, logistics providers, and carriers to ensure seamless execution
  • Support warehouse operations with labeling when needed to keep orders moving

Customer Care & Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
  • Provide product information, troubleshooting support, and clear, helpful guidance to customers
  • Process warranty claims and maintain accurate records and reporting
  • Identify recurring inquiries and contribute to the development and improvement of internal knowledge bases and FAQs

Inventory & Logistics Coordination

  • Analyze inventory performance, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Monitor inventory levels across locations and coordinate transfers as needed
  • Prepare warehouse transfers and customs documentation
  • Complete weekly inventory reporting, system counts, and discrepancy resolution
  • Coordinate inbound containers with freight forwarders
  • Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment with strong attention to FIFO principles and product accuracy

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and system management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
