Shipping policy
Processing Time: Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. For replacement part orders, processing time can be up to 7 business days.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates: Depending on the carrier select on checkout, standard shipping is 3-7 business days.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
International Shipping: At this time, we do not ship internationally. Please review the Where To Buy section for international retailers.
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the ship to address on the order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at orders@napieroutdoors.com.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Email orders@napieroutdoors.com a photo of the damaged item and your order number to expedite the process.
