Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIME: Once your order is placed with Napier, our team will have most tent/accessory orders processed within 2-4 business days, and most replacement pole orders within 5-7 business days. Once shipped, your order will spend 2-7 days in transit via FedEx Ground.

METHOD: We ship all of our orders through FedEx ground service. In our experience, FedEx is an excellent partner in ensuring that our products arrive to you, on time. Once we have shipped your order, it is in FedEx’s hands. You can email customerservice@napieroutdoors.com if you feel that your order is taking longer than you had expected and we will look into it.

We ship exclusively to Canada and the U.S. Please select the store according to your country of residence, the Canadian store will only ship to Canada and the U.S. store will only ship to the U.S. If you want to buy our product and do not live in the U.S. or in Canada, please check out our Find A Retailer and discover the in-store or online possibilities that service your area of residence.

RESTRICTIONS: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
