Napier Outdoors Return Policy

Napier will honor returns for orders placed on our website within 14 days of the original purchase date. For items purchased from a retailer, their return policy applies — please contact the retailer directly for more information.

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • Return must be related to a NapierOutdoors.com order
  • Items must be in brand new unused condition in original unopened packaging
  • Items that are not eligible for returns include opened items, replacement tent parts and discontinued products

Shipping costs from the original order and any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please return your item for a refund and place a new order on NapierOutdoors.com for the correct item.

Return Process

For eligible return items, please complete our return form to begin the return process. Return approvals may take up to 5 days to process. Once approved, Napier will email you the return material authorization (“RMA”) number.

Shipping your return
  1. Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the return product during transit
  2. Write the return authorization number on the box
  3. Return the product to Napier at the applicable address. If the item is mailed to the incorrect address, a $30 fee will apply

It is your responsibility to ship the item back to Napier. Be sure to keep your tracking number as Napier is not responsible for your return until it is received in our warehouse. Once the item is received at Napier’s warehouse, the refund will be issued on the original method of payment within 7 days.
